We can only work on replacement requests once an order has been verified (in the case of a wrong or defective order). However, in any of the following cases, we are more than delighted to work with our clients to find a mutually agreeable solution.
Alepa organics additionally has the right to cancel or decline any order placed for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: stock availability, pricing issues, informational errors, or problems found with the customer’s personal/financial details.
A. In the case of a Damaged product
While we take great care to ensure that your item is packed with the extra security required for handling glass bottles, breakage does occur occasionally.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify Alepa organics through email at info@alepaorganics.com within 48 hours of the delivery date. Please include your order number, invoice image, 1 outside box image, 2 clear images of damaged merchandise, and your phone number in the email.
Only the damaged product can be returned and replaced in the case of multiple item shipments.
Please note that we will respond to your email within 24-48 hours of receipt and will work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution.
B. In case of a Missing product
Alepa organics through info@alepaorganics.com must be reported any missing products within 48 hours of the delivery date. Please include your order number, invoice image, 1 outside box image, 2 clear images of the opened box with all of the contents provided, and your phone number in the email.
A refund request will not be accepted. However, we will gladly resend the missing item as soon as possible.
Emails will be answered within 24 to 48 hours, and full support will be offered after that.
C. Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is automatically routed to the packaging department, where we begin the process of preparing the product for shipment. If you need to cancel, please contact us with the subject “Cancellation” within 24 hours of placing your order.
D.Returns
Except in unusual circumstances, products cannot be returned once they have been opened. Please email us at info@alepaorganics.com within 24 hours of receiving your order to let us know why you’d like to return it, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please include your order number, invoice image, 1 outside box image, 2 clear product images, and phone number in the email.
Items that are dispatched to alepa organics without proper packaging to ensure a safe return and are afterwards damaged are not eligible for a complete refund.
Please note that the consumer is responsible for return shipping fees. For tracking purposes, please return by insured parcel post. We are unable to accept responsibility for returned packages lost during transit.

We regret that we cannot accept returns due to differences in taste, texture, colour, or scent.
This is because, unlike retail honey, our 100 percent natural and pure single-origin honey is not mixed, ultra-filtered, or pasteurised to create a homogeneous product. Alepa organics honey are unprocessed and have their own particular flavour and colour. These features might vary from year to year, with no two batches being identical. Furthermore, our honey crystallise since crystallisation is a natural process of 100% pure honey.
E. Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow 10-20 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been completed.
